No Drama is a motion graphic animation that speaks to the society about Self Abasement. Self-abasement is an act of mental self-harm, as the patient over-judges themselves and blame every small mistake on their failure. The animation speaks to the society and explains what happens internally from the patient’s view. Colors show the difference between the events inside the head and the action happening outside, by viewing the inner space as dark, and the outside as bright and light.
